No. 7 Gator Soccer Defeats Jacksonville 6-0
The No. 7 University of Florida soccer team used goals from six different players to beat Jacksonville 6-0 Friday in front of 1,577 fans and a dozen of the team's alumni at James G. Pressly Stadium. The first day of the Gator Soccer Alumni Reunion weekend witnessed the Gators' fourth win over an in-state opponent this season (Miami, UCF and Florida Atlantic) and fourth shutout in a row.

No. 7 Florida Soccer Team Plays Host to Jacksonville on Friday
The No. 7 University of Florida soccer team (4-0, 0-0 SEC) makes its only home appearance for the month of September when it plays host to Jacksonville University (2-2, 0-0 Atlantic Sun) on Friday, Sept. 3. Match time is set for 7 p.m. at the James G. Pressly Stadium. Admission is free for all 2010 Gator soccer regular-season matches.

The No. 7 University of Florida soccer team will have multiple segments on the Wednesday, Sept. 1 GatorZone television show which airs on Sun Sports (Gainesville/Ocala Cox Cable channel 48 or 748) at 5:30 p.m.

Join the Florida Futbolers Program
UF students are invited to join the Florida Futbolers, the official student group of Gator Soccer. The Futbolers program is back for its second year in support of Head Coach Becky Burleigh and last year's Southeastern Conference champion soccer team as they enter their 16th season of competition.

No. 9 Gator Soccer Defeats San Diego State 1-0
Playing their first opponent from outside of the Sunshine State, the No. 9-ranked Gator soccer team notched the lone goal once the sun shined to start the second half. Florida (4-0, 0-0 Southeastern Conference) played host to San Diego State Sunday and used a McKenzie Barney goal 40 seconds into the second half to take a 1-0 victory.
